Basophil FcεRI expression for RIT patients over time. Basophils were identified as Lineage-1-, HLA-DR- and CD123+ (BD antibodies). Basophil high-affinity receptor (FcεRI) expression was detected with
an antibody to FcεRI-alpha (eBioscience) and detected by flow cytometry (BD FACSCalibur).
Data are expressed as the normalized mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of the RIT
patient sample relative to a control in the same experiment for each of the timepoints
indicated including pre-RIT, 1 week post initiation of RIT and before treatment was
administered (post-RIT), 7 weeks post-RIT, 16 weeks post-RIT (4 months) and 52 weeks
(1 year) post-RIT. Results for individual patients are presented as blue, black and
green bars.
